This website introduces Elk Ridge, a planned community in Paldi, BC. It is not an offering for sale. No lots or homes are offered for sale, and no deposits are accepted, until a disclosure statement has been filed under British Columbia's Real Estate Development Marketing Act. Any offering can only be made with a disclosure statement. Registering interest is free and non-binding, and is not a reservation or a purchase.

Lot sizes, plans, features, prices and timelines are estimates or targets and may change. The lot map is a conceptual rendering traced from a preliminary plan and is subject to final survey. Prices and availability shown in the lot map are a demo for planning only. Planned amenities are subject to approvals. Targets such as construction-readiness dates are targets, not commitments. Approvals, licences and permits are subject to their conditions. We make no health or medical claims. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities.

Elk Ridge is owned by Elk Ridge Estates Ltd. Worthy Communities is a trading name of Worthy Island Investments Inc.

Privacy

When you register your interest or book a call, we collect the details you give us (such as your name, email, phone and answers) to contact you about Elk Ridge. Forms and bookings are handled by our customer-relationship provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector). We don't sell your information. You can ask us to update or delete your details, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing info@elkridgehomes.ca.
